Your donation will be used to purchase all the items needed to fill the Santa Sacks. We will shop at and support local businesses wherever possible, just as you would if you were shopping for us.

Yes! There may be delays in mailing cheques due to the rotating postal strike but mail seems to be flowing. We can issue a 2025 tax receipt if your letter is post-marked December 31, 2026 (or earlier) even if received within the early days of 2026. Alternatively, you can make a pledge to fill a Santa Sack and fulfill it when the strike resolves, or make arrangement for cheque delivery by appointment only. Please contact Unity Project’s Annual Giving Officer, Starr Meloche at [email protected] or call/text 226 270 1221.

To donate by cheque, please include “Santa Sacks” on the memo line and/or include a letter/note to direct your gift to this program. Make cheque payable to Unity Project, and mail to: Unity Project, Attn: Starr Meloche, 717 Dundas Street, London ON N5W 2Z5.

Yes! We can send a digital card to your giftee for each complete Santa Sack purchased for $150. Please provide their name(s) and email address(es) in the “Message to Unity Project” section of the checkout page. We will send an e-card to acknowledge your gift in their honour.

We prefer you give financially to optimize resources and ensure equality across all of the Santa Sacks. If there is something special you wish to give, or to host a drive for specific items, please contact Starr Meloche at [email protected]
